Yea I agree but that is going to change very soon. I think Google is going to re-bulit Jaiku and make better API thus the desktop app. will be integrated with all google services. Blogger,Gmail etc...
Im curious too but I still prefer Twitter and Pownce. Maybe things will change soon in favour of Jaiku who know. Then @Peter Romiszewski can say to me: " I told you so" :)

My order of importance: 1-Gmail; 2-Twitter; 3-Facebook; 4-YouTube; 5-Pownce. I don't really need any other web sites than that, so unless Jaiku gets some real innovation going here, I'm not sure if I'll stay tuned :P
It makes sense from an idea perspective, if not traffic. Cheaper than twitter, same basic idea. The real test is how this, GrandCentral, and Gmail integrate. All on their own are not as interesting as all three together.
@caseymckinnon - wow YouTube is that high up for you? Is it just because thats where a majority of the videos are? I'm really diggin Vimeo these days and Revver has a lot of good stuff too.
Yeah... I tend to refer to YouTube really often. I should have grouped it with Google and Wikipedia. I pretty much have to REMIND myself to go to Pownce these days, but I'm making more of an effort to stay active there now.
